My sent emails going to others junk mail folders

Since getting new Vista, many people do not seem to be receiving my emails.
I assume they are going to their junk mail folders, arriving as spam. How do
I fix that?

Are you putting their addresses on the Bcc: line? I've seen some
indications
that doing that makes the mail more likely to be treated as spam.

For the addressees using Windows Mail under Vista, ask them to click on
Tools under Windows Mail, then Junk E-mail Options, then Safe Senders,
then add your email address to the list.

About the only thing you could do, is to use a different email address.
It's up to them to check/adjust their spam filter.

I have a small resort business so I send responses to inquiries to a lot of
persons I do not know so telling them to change things to allow my emails is
not an option. What is it in an email that causes Windows Mail or Outlook
Express to determine it is junk? I need to avoid those words, etc.
Apparently others have figured it out because I get a lot of junk mail that
the program does not recognize as junk. Any ideas?

If you send yourself a message and receive it, the problem's not on your
end.

Are you putting their addresses on the Bcc: line, instead of on the To:
line?
Are you responding with ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in the subject line?
Are you using an email provider also often used by spammers? Each of
these seems to contribute.
