mail going to junk folder

Most of my mail forwarded from Gmail has suddenly started going to the junk
folder. I have clicked to say "not junk" (many, many times), but it still
keeps going there. When I do click "not junk", it moves but shows as read,
which confuses my easily confused mind..
Can anyone help?

I *think* I figured this out- for some reason the word "Yahoo" had been added
to my banned email list. Not sure how that happened,but so far it seems to
working right now.
