Up until today I have never had problem with my screen fonts. Last night in
a forum someone suggested changing the "digital vibrance" setting in display
properties to enhance the colors on the screen. I tried that, it looked ok i
guess, but I changed the settings back to how they were. Than this morning
when I booted my PC I noticed a weird side-effect. My font on desktop, web
browser, and
even inside applications, all look thin and blurry?
The only change I made to my system was: control panel>NVidia Control
Panel>Color Settings, where I adjusted the digital vibrance setting from
where it has always been (zero) to 20%. Than after looking at the change I
wasn't impressed and changed it back to 0% So, I am baffled by why my fonts
are now thin and blurry looking.
Any help would be appreciated.
Sincerely, Kurt
Ps. I have never used Clear Type or any type of font smoother in the
display properties>appearance settings. I turned them on to see if it would
fix this problem but it didn't make anything look better so I turned them
back off.
