My screen Flickers and running slow

Ok well after the computer has finished loading and i open a program and
close it again the desk top resets its self. The screen also flickers on
occashion. I have run every spyware test i can. I have ran norton and any
viruses that i did have r gone. There r programes that i have uninstalled
like kazaa, but i am still finding it in reg and other programmes to. Is the
uninstall not suppost to remove everything or is there another programe to
help with that.

The removal tools must be updated and you should run them in safe mode.
