My reply email address is being set incorrectly

I have four email accounts set up in my outlook. When I reply to a received
email the reply account used for that email is normally NOT the email account
the email was sent to. It uses one of the others. I can change it by
changing the send from account but I often forget. How can I correct this
such that the reply is automatically sent from the email account the received
email was sent to?

Having read through other posts on this topic I'll add the following:

The email addresses are different names with the same domain name. The
emails go to a forwarding company that send the emails to a single account
with my ISP. When the emails arrive in our Outlook they have the original
TO: address which correrctly shows the recipient. Its wehn a reply is made
to the email that the from address isn;t taken from the email TO address but
one of the other accounts.
