My repeat Section of my report locks up the program

Once I am in design view , I change the repeat section from No to Yes and
exit the report, than the report locks up and I need to CTRL /Break to unlock
it..
 
Design view of what? Since Outlook has no reporting capability to speak of, maybe you posted in the wrong group?
