My programs can't find my tempotaty internet folder ... and i can't find it either!?!?

Some programs need the " local settings\temporary internet files" but they can't find it and i can't find my "local settings" folder? Can anyone tell me what to do?
 
Try here,
C:\Documents and Settings\(your user name)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\

you need your settings to "show all files + folders" and "not to hide any
system files or certain extensions"
 
Thanks DCC, after i opened the temp. internet folder all the programs seemed to be able to locate it , heheh, man, computers!!
