my printer would not print on windows Xp

the modle of my printer is canon bubble jet printer
bjc210sp, it is not compatible with windows xp. it prints
in yellow instead of different colors.

According to the Microsoft KB, it is compatible with XP

Drivers are included with WindowsXP.

I would suggest that either the print head is defective and should be
replaced or that you should uninstall and reinstall the printer completely,
following the instructions at:

http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article One.htm

Since the drivers are included in XP, after the reboot, use the Add Printer
Wizard to install the printer.
