my printer wont copy

I just got a new computer and I set up the printer and it
worked but now it wont copy or do anything. What am I
supposed to about it??????

Did you download a new set of drivers from the manufacturer's website?

Did you install the software BEFORE connecting the printer?

More info needed Cassie... what make and model of all in one unit do you
have and how is it connected to the PC?

Tell us the model of the printer and how is it connected to the computer is
a start. Also when was the last time it worked? Most multifunction
printers (print/scan/fax) can usually make copies without the computer even
turned on. If this is the case (ie coping fails), then there would appear
to be a hardware problem with the device. Once we have a bit more
information about your specific configuration, someone should be able to
help.
