My Power Scheme Setting Have Disappeared

While logging onto Windows XP-Home under my user account in which I am the
administrator, all my power scheme option are gone. How do I restore them? I
have tried system restore, and copying a profile from another user account.
So far no success. Can someone give me some insight?
