My PC wont close automatically

Please help! When I go to Turn Off my PC it won't shut down automatically. An
'Ending Program' box briefly appears with the words 'cc App' appearing. Then
nothing happens.

Im having to turn PC of manually and hold power off button down for 10 secs.
This is really annoying. Its only happened since I installed Windows XP Pro
last week, but only started happening in last few days. Thanks.

I have heard about the problem somewhere around here but I didnt read the
solutions or tips. Search this newsgroups and you will probably come upon
some similar issues.
