My pc isnt accesible from other PC's

Well now explained better my problem:

Others pc in my LAN can see my pc and I can see others, but I can access to
other pc's but others pc can't access to my pc. Also I can do ping
xx.xx.xx.xx to others pc but others pc can't do ping to my pc.

All pc here are using static IP, no conflicts here, all (include me) can use
Internet (a router with ADSL built-in provide it).

I want try others ways before format my pc but no know what to do.

Leo,

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, but there are other possibilities too. What
antivirus protection do you use?

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
