Hi, my PC has just come back from being repaired and no longer has Word for
Windows on it. Can I download it from anywhere without having to purchase it,
as I bought the PC with Word already on it so therefore have no disk to
re-install. You can probably tell that I dont really know much about all
this kind of stuff? Any help greatly appreciated

If whoever did the work removed Word from your computer, you should go back
to them (with proof of ownership of Word), and make them correct the
problem.

You should have a restore disk that came with the computer, if not, I
suggest checking with who repaired the computer and or who sold it to you.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
