My outlook rules have disappeared

As of this morning (9/11) my Outlook rules have stopped functioning and the
Rules Wizard does not appear in my Tools menu.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Brian, for your response. I have resolved the issue, but here is
what I did.

My Outlook is XP SP3 and my OS is XP, also SP3.

I made no system changes between the time Outlook last worked properly and
the time the Rules Wizard disappeared from the Tools menu and the rules
ceased to work. I installed no new software, upgraded nothing, and nothing
was brought to my attention by Norton.

I began by going back to the Microsoft update site and loading the Rules
Wizard update. That did not correct the problem.

Next, I ran Detect and Repair from the Help menu. That brought the Rules
Wizard option back to my Tools menu, but did not reactivate my rules.

I opened the Rules Wizard and found all of my rules were still intact, but
none was marked to execute and one (the last one I created about three weeks
ago) had lost its title. I renamed that rule, activated the lot of them,
then ran all of the rules from the Inbox.

At this time all of my rules are functioning properly.
