My Outlook Program won't launch anymore

When I launch Outlook it won't open anymore.

I receive an "error has occured" window. I chose "send an error report" to
Microsoft, and I followed a link to Microsoft's website which suggested that
I install an "Office Service Pack 1" which I did. Outlook still won't launch.

Then I uninstalled Office and reinstalled it from my original disk. Outlook
still wouldn't launch.

Then I downloaded the Office Service Pack 1 again. Outlook still won't
launch.

Help! Any ideas?
