My outlook keeps closing when I switch windows,how do I stop that

When I switch windows from time to time my outlook icon will completely
disappear.I have to relauch outlook again.How can I stop this from
happening?I think it has something to do with launching outlook in safe mode.

Why do you think that?
Are you constantly running in safe mode then? :-S

Do you perhaps have Outlook set to "Hide When Minimized"?
