My outlook has stopped retreiving and sending emails

It returns errors on my POP3 and SMTP acct and says user name or password are
wrong. I know they are not as when I use webmail i can access my yahoo acct
fine
 
Uncheck remember password
deleted what's in the password
click ok
retype your password and check remember
