My Outlook Express 2000 does not work.

My computer has been down to install a new Mother Board and a new hard drive.
I have reinstalled Windows XP Professional I had this confirmed yesterday and
have a case number 1091375380. I could not understand the Microsoft
Techician because he does not speak good English without a deep Indian
accent. Can I get help through the internet? Or what must I do? Thand

No such thing as Outlook "Express 2000".
What do you mean by "doesn't work"?

There is no Outlook Express 2000, there is
Outlook Express a part of win*
Outlook a component of Office (in various versions, Outlook 2000 being one)
Two completely different apps
If you previously had Office 2000 on your PC, you have to reinstall this
from the Office cd's
In reinstalling winXp on a new hard disk you have to reinstall any
applications that you previously used
