My Outlook does not close when I attempt to do the exit and logoff command.
I am forced to use the task manager to end the program manually. I don't
think that this is a good way to proceed. Does anyone have any ideas? I am
using the Outlook in the Microsoft Office 2000. Any suggestions? Thank you.

What type of account are you working with? (POP3/IMAP/SMTP or Exchange)

The reason that I ask is that there are a multitude of reason that can range
anywhere from WinFax, ActiveSync, 3rd party addins to someone accessing your
Exchange calendar with Outlook 2003.

I solved the problem. It took upgrading to MS Office 2003. I spent an hour
with the Microsoft technician checking these exact problems and we finally
determined that it was a problem with the interface with the Exchange Server
to which I am connected. This is not a problem in Outlook 2003.

But now I have another problem. Is there a way that I can export Netscape
mail boxes (my former e-mail program) into outlook? Please advise.

Thanks!!
