My Outlook Connector seems to be missing

everytime i try to access the calendar, tasks, contacts or notes i get the
following error message:
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable
to load the information service msncon.dll. Be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured.
How do i recover from this?!!!
