what do i do to fix this on outlook 2003

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has occured.
MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. Be sure the
service is correctly installed and configured."

I'm not 100% sure but that file might be part of the MSN connector. Did you
recently uninstall it?

I did uninstall msn from my computer/ I don't want to use them rather would
like to use "e" explorer and not have to pay for the service and cable...is
that what you mean? I do think that there is a msn connector when you install
msn. Can i get the connector by it's self?
