my outlook 2003 still looks like outlook 2000

I recently started using outlook 2003 on my laptop and I discovered that it
looks drastically different than the one at my job. My outlook looks like
outlook 2000 although it is 2003...how can I change this?
 
Hi Mimi,

I always deinstall the previous version of Office befor I install the new
version.

Control Panel/Software/Deinstall Office 2000 then install Office 2003

Before you deinstall Office 2000 you could backup your Outlook files:
