My Other Computer Won't start up

My Other Computer Won't start up. It was freezing at a certain point during the normal windows XP starting screen, so I did a full system recovery. Now it doesn't work after I click the "finish" button when it is supposed to take me to the startup screen? I you have any suggestions that would be great. Thanks!
 
can you start it in safe mode?
