My office XP 2002 will not allow me to attach files to emails Hel

I cannot get my Office XP to allow attachments to emails, how can I fix this?

How do you mean, does not "allow" attachments? Any error messages? What
happens when you try?

How do you ask a question on this site. All I have been able to do is reply
to people's questions. Could you make a recommendation. When I click on
"New", it just allows me to view other people's questions?

When I click on "New" a submenu comes up asking me to choose one of 3
options: Question, Suggestion for Microsoft, and General Comment. Choose
Question.

Seems to me you just did, but as a reply. Use Outlook Express or some other
newsreader and not the web interface for better message handling.
