My Norton Antispam in Outlook has stopped working - ?

Hi,
In Outlook, my Norton toolbar has disappeared, and Antispam doesn't work any
more.
How can I fix it?

May people think the best fix for Norton tools is to rip them out of their
PC and throw them in the trash.
