My Network Places

In Window XP I used to be able to upload my website through the HTTP process
using FPSE through the my network places. Now in Vista I cannot get my
http://url to open or save in Network. When I try to do so through publisher
I get 1 of 2 respnses. 1 Cannot open that file from this program. 2 your file
name is too long or you have used invalid characters.
I tried the following process also:
1 hit start menu and go to Network
2 hit Alt button to get the tools menu
3 go to tools > map network drive
4 click on link at bottom that says Connect to a web site that you can use
to store your documents and pictures
5 hit next
6 choose, choose a custom network location and hit next
7 enter your url location i.e ftp://www.yoursite.com and hit next

Here is where the problem occurs. I cannot use FTP://url as I need to
upload in HTTP://url format. When I tried to do so I got a message that I
could not open that folder.
So how do I perform an HTTP://URL upload process using Vista.

My url is as follows HTTP://WWW.Rainiericehockeyleague.com
Any help is greatly appreciated as I need to update this site and I am
having to save my file to a cd and upload using a seperate computer running
Windows XP at his time and that is very inconvienient.
