My Network Places Computer Description in Win2k

On NT 4.0 server, you could use Server Manager to add a description
for the
computer. This description was then visible in Network Neighborhood
when
the View was set for details. Can anyone tell me how to do this in
Win2K that
is not part of a Domain but just setup for peer to peer? Is there a
registry hack perhaps? Thanks Pete.

Hi,

To change your computer description,

Use the System Properties Dialog Box
----------------------------------------------
1. Click "Start", right-click "My Computer", and then click
"Properties".
2. On the "Computer Name" tab, type your computer's description in the
"Computer description" box.
3. Click "OK" to close the "System Properties" dialog box.

Thanks,
