Shortly after Installing Vista one of my first Windows Update
downloads was a driver for my Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 Expert TV turner
card.
What I don't understand is what this driver is supposed to do for me.
When I select "set up tv" in Media Center I get the following error
message:
"TUNER NOT FOUND
The TV Signal cannot be configured because no turner
hardware was detected. Please ensure your hardware
is correctly installed. If you do not have tuner hardware
you may purchase a tuner online from Windows Marketplace"
If Microsoft provided me with a driver for the tuner card then why
can't Media Center find it?
As a side note, I previously ran the card just fine in XP, but it was
XP Pro using the drivers AND software from Leadtek.
And on another related note, Leadtek has the exact same driver (same
aversion) on their website but still no software for Vista.
I'm a tad bewildered here.
