My movie maker window has no tools like your's whats wrong

I do the thing to get to movie maker hit run type movie mk and I am on to a
blek movie frame I want to use a lot of text and audio.
I need to edit by frame I need to move frame I need to edit audio I have no
tools to do so just where do I get on the right window that has these tools

I am not an administrator, so hopefully I don't get knocked for helping you
out, hopefully you have figured it out by now, if not what you need to do is,
go the drop down menu on top of the program and select view, ensure that
tools is checked and you should now see everything you are looking for, it is
a great program if you need any help on working and tweaking your video how
you want it, let me know.. Hopefully this helps...
