My Microsoft Office Word 2003 will not open?

Word won't open. Excel & Powerpoint will open by it will not open any
existing files.
I've run an virus check on the files. A full scan on the computer & nothing
shows up. I'm at the point of formatting the computer and starting over, but
I dread the reloading proceed all over again!!

How about trying a repair of Microsoft Office.

Delete the file titled Normal.dot and try again.
