my microsoft office outlook 2003 can send emails but cant recieve

Task 'mail.plus.net - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail
server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your
account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded: -ERR Login failed.'

Thats what comes up when I click on send and recieve it will go to 50%
(sent) when it comes to recieving it asks me for password etc but its already
saved so I just click on ok and it repeatedly asks me for password etc

Looks pretty clear to me. You're not using the correct login credentials.
