cant recieve email in the microsoft outlook 2003

Mail goes out but cant recieve, re intalled the microsoft outlook 2003.I
really need someone to help me.Done exacty what needs to be done, but no mail
My Server tells me is microsoft problem. Please help me

Reinstalling rarely helps.
In OL Tools>Email Accounts
View or change.....
Select the account
'Test Account Settings'

Report back any err msgs

I am having the same problem as Jenny in OE6 I can send but I cannot receive
any emails for over a day now. I amnot receiving any error messages. I am
not not finding where test account settings under tools.

Do not hijack a thread with an obviously different problem!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
