My language bar has disappeared

I was cleaning a startup for windows using hijack and somehow I have
removed something which has caused removal of my language bar.

I would not prefer to use System Restore for that task.

It works but doesn't show up on the task bar.

Help!

Hi...

To get your language bar back, please try the following:

Go to your Control Panel
If you're in Category View, select 'Date, Time, Language, and Regional
Options' then select 'Regional and Language Options'. Click the Languages
tab and then click Details. In the Preferences section, you can click the
Language Bar tab and then put the ticks in the boxes you would like to
enable. Click OK to save your settings.

Right click an empty area of the taskbar. Select Toolbars,
Language Bar. The window will close and it'll be there on your
taskbar now.
