My keyboard's volume knob won't work

I just bought a new wirelss media keyboard and every button except for the
volume knob works. It's pretty weak. I have downloaded the patches and
drivers and such but to no avail, does anyone have any advice?

The tech support for the media keybd you purchased, which you dont name

You need to install the correct drivers that came with this keyboard. The
volume control is not a normal part of the standard Windows keyboard
drivers.
