My inbox is stuck trying to receive a huge message. Can I reject it before
it gets to my inbox?

Not in Outlook, but in your ISP's webmail (if they have it) or in
www.mail2web.com (if they don't).

You can if your ISP has a web interface to your mail. You can use that to
move the message out of your mailbox. If they don't,
http://www.mail2web.com/ may help.
