Have you tried to reset the web settings, Close all IE
browser windows and then goto start menu > then control
panel > Choose Internet Options

When this page opens you will be on the general tab,
press delete cookies and delete files and include all
offline content when deleting files. Next goto the
programs tab and on this page press "Reset Web Settings"
then back to the general tab again and enter the homepage
you want to use in the homepage address box then press
apply and exit.

If these settings change back when you open a IE window
it means something is still on your system so next step
is to download Ewido Security Suite & Ccleaner and update
it in normal mode then reboot into safe mode and run a
full scan with MS Antispy and Ewido and remove anything
found, then finish with Ccleaner to remove all temp and
unused files from your system.

Then repeat the process of resetting web settings after
the scans have finished.

To reboot into safe mode reboot and keep tapping F8 then
choose safe mode from the list

If this continues let us know and we can then use
HijackThis to check what keeps bringing it back.

Regards Andy
