I bought 3 new 51645A cartriges from shop4tech.com, I tried installing
one to my printer. The ink light kept blinking and the printer will not
print at all. When I open up the printer cover, the cartriges moved to
the icon where the arrow is pointing at the empty black cartrige
picture. I removed the new 51645A, replaced the old 51645g cartrige,
the ink light went off and the printer started printing. Nothing can be
seen on the paper as the cartriges are empty. I opened up another new
51645A and tried on my printer. It didn't worked either. I suspected
that the cartriges are not compatible iwth my printer. So I went
surfing on the net to find out, but all the websites I checked showed
that the 51645A is compatible with the 932c deskjet, even the HP
website shows that. Some website stated that there's no difference
between the 2 cartriges except that the "A" is fullfilled and "g" is
half filled.
Could anyone help me out with this ??? Why isn't my printer taking the
fullfilled cartrige.
I was wondering if this information helps, I only changed the black
cartrige, I kept the empty color cartrige in place throughout the
testing.
