Dear all:

Now my friend face a difficult question.
He can not start up his "windows xp".
When he push the start button in his computer, it will be auto go to the page which let you to select using what mode to start up the "whindows xp", for example: safe mode and default mode.
But now no matter what I have selected, for example default mode, the computer will go to the "start interface" and there will be a "scroll bar" and "sutra windows xp banner". When the "scroll bar" finished rolling, there will be a "blue screen" flash in your eye and the computer will be restart.
I even can not access into "safe mode"!!!!!

Now the situation simply is like below:

Push the computer "start button" -> auto got select page ->select "default mode" -> go to the "start interface" -> "blue screen" -> restart computer.

Hi,

This is out of personal experience with my own computer. The blue
screen your friend is seeing on his screen is technically called the
"blue screen of death". All that he can do after getting it is before
restarting his PC insert the bootable-Windows XP cd-rom that he has got
from the manufacturer. And in there he should choose the repair windows
XP option. If that does not work either he should try re-installing
Windows XP.

And as mentioned and advised before in this thread please try to get an
opinion in the Windows XP group also.

Regards,
Vinayak
