My form will not send

Did you create the form directly on the live/remote server or did you create it locally and then
publish it to the server via FP's http mode (http://www.maplewoodhotelghana.com), if not, that is
your problem. Also your web host must have the FP extensions configured to process the form via
email.

Thank you for your response, and yes I created it locally before publishing
it through FP's http mode. So please, what do I do to correct the problem?

Have you contacted your web regarding this?

If you have the form set to write to a file, the file must be in the _private folder, if the file is
in the _private folder then you web host need to run a server health check on the extensions to
reset the permissions.

Also the web host need to check the email configurations of the extensions

No I haven't contacted them yet, I was hoping to have the answers here and to
know what to do next.

I already have a file in my _private folder named "form_results.csv" and I
suppose that's the file you are talking about. The form is configured such
that if you click on the submit button, there should be a custom confirmation
page which has already been uploaded to my site.

Well, like you said, I will contact my hosting company straight away, but in
the mean time, if there is anything else that I should do, please let me know.

See if the form works with a .txt file and the default confirmation page.
