Email Confirmation Page with Navigation

I have two websites. They both have an email form that's set to redirect to a
confirmation page when the Submit button is clicked. One of them works fine.
The second one returns a page that says "FrontPage Error. User: please report
details to this site's webmaster. Webmaster: please see the server's
application event log for more details."

The only thing that's really different about the two sites is that on the
site that isn't working, I'm using a page banner, so I have navigation set
up. I've tried attaching the MessageSent page to both the Contact_us page and
the index page, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I don't know if it helps, but the path that's showing in the address bar
when I get the error is .../_vti_bin/shtml.dll/contact_us.htm.

OK, I just answered my own question. I went back in and took the _ out of
Contact_us.htm and made it just ContactUs.htm and it worked. Apparently, the
confirmation page doesn't work right if there's an _ in the html file name.
