would like to delet one severe threat. I click YES, then it asked me to
rebuilt my system; I click YES again, and when the system come back all "my

Hello AndreL

Try these two solutions:

1) do an update install--control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft
Antispyware, change, updªte.

Then, try these steps:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> type in -> command)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quºtes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpywªre

You can go ahead and do both of these--neither has any downside risk--and
see if that does the job. Let us know whether it does, or nºt!

Sometimes, you have to try 2 o 3 times with MSAS, in order to stick the
selection, try.

I don't think the problem is due to the removal of any threat. It's likely
due to logging into a limited user account and blocking the change of the
Favorites folder from the administrator's account that installed MSAS and the
current user's account. Doing so causes a change in the registry whicg
causes the limited user account's Favorites folder to be pointing to the
administrator account's that installed MSAS. This can be fixed by modifying
the registry. FYI: Don't attempt this unless you know what you are doing
AND you have made a backup of the registry.

If you don't mind losing the Favorites in the folder, backup whatever files
you have to from the account onto CD or DVD, delete the account, and then
create a new account. This should work, and is the easiest if you don't know
how to properly modify the registry.
