Can't access my favorites from IE "Favorites" dropdown

I am running Microsoft Anti Spyware (beta). One time a
pop up displayed saying something about Shell and
Favorites or something. I clicked on the Allow button.
Now, I can no longer see my favorites from Internet
Explorer "Favorites" drop down list. However, they are
still there when I browse to them in Documents and
Settings/Interent Explorer/Favorites... etc. Can anyone
help me access my favorites again.

Maybe the User Profile has become corrupted. You could try creating
another one using this method :

Then attempt to import your Favorites again.
