My emails show in my sent folder but never reach recipients

I have sent loads of emails out this week to personal email addresses from my
outlook account. Each email is just general text, no attachments or pictures,
yet they are not being delivered to the recipients?

Have you any idea what the problem could be? Some of these are really
important business emails and it is vital that I get it up and running again
soon.

I've tried sending emails to my other yahoo & hotmail accounts but they have
never arrived, even though they show up in outlook as SENT.

Please help!

State your Outlook verson and account type.
