Well, we really don't know what you mean.

By "roadrunner email", do you mean you access your Roadrunner email account
using the webmail site?

If you have a Roadrunner email account, then you can access it by 2 methods:
1. Webmail using a web browser, like Internet Explorer or Firefox.
https://webmail.roadrunner.com/
2. Any POP3 email program, like Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail,
Thunderbird, etc.

By default, when you access your email via Windows Mail, it will delete the
email on the server after downloading it.
If you want to see the same email via both methods, then you have to
configure Windows Mail to leave the mail on the server..
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] Remove from server after [xx] days

You do want to delete the email after a number of days, or your server inbox
may fill up.

That is what's referred to as "Web Mail".

Leaving the messages on the server will allow you to see received messages.

However, mail that you *send* from the Windows Mail client will likely not
show up in the Web Mail interface.

If that is a feature you need, it is a feature that's available in Google
mail, or "gmail".

I see you posted with a Yahoo email address. Is that your
only email address? US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail
access only, no POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not
webmail. There are two Yahoo solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail via your browser, you can continue to use that.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/overview/index.html
and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have three other
solutions:
* Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
* Get a free Gmail account.
* Get a free Hotmail/Live account, and use it with the Windows Live Mail email program.
