My Documents Link (Windows XP Professional version)

Computer knows this is an error. That is the main issue. It constantly is
reporting this error. If I click on "My Documents" the link setup. It will
open and then I get windows error reporting. This happens 2 times.
First time AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.3156 ModName: tmdly.ax
second time almost the same
ModName: hungapp

Once this one has happened I send it to Microsoft each and everytime. Close
to 25 times now. Google searches sometimes lead me to believe I've a virus /
worm or something not good. But as I research and try each to these with no
results or finds. Starting to wonder.

Last thing I've done was run Windows Update Manual and update everything
available and pertinent to the system.

Reboot dozen's of times.

Temporary work around is turn off the "My Documents" Link. I can access
without this happening, through address bar.

Last program I tried to install was Haupauge WinTV Usb 2.
Didn't do that right.
Which leads me to believe I've got something in the registry which is
causing the constant crash. tmdly.ax has references to that on Haupauge, or
from Google Search.

Annoying yes, liveable yeah, but not knowing is scarry, and not having an
answer makes me think this could be more serious.

Suggestions or idea's as to where I should go or what I should do. Hoping
Microsoft will help, with the number of error reports I've sent.

Found this forum most helpful in the past.

Went through these steps. No success. I've wrote Haupauge support.
The support replies as if this is a simple fix.
All I've seen thus far is more error reports now occuring in other views.

This tmdly.ax can it be removed.

Definitely something to do with Windows Media Centre.

You may try removing/renaming the file, but programs that will need the file
may not work. Do you happen to have K-Lite Codec Pack installed? (it can
cause conflict)If so try uninstalling it in the Add or Remove programs in the
Control Panel and see if the problem go away.

First off I want to thank you for trying to address this.
Do not seem to get a response from anyone on this tmdly.ax.
Don't seem to get an answer from where I suspect the issue lies with WinTV
USB 2. Their tech support basically refers to installation issue. With
links. But I can't get it to do that. I've installed it with their
Uninstalled specific. But still can't get my document folder to function
right.

the tmdly.ax is in the system32 folder.
Product Name is iVAC MPEG Capture Filter
Version number is 2.70.18317
Original File Name is prxypage.ax

Something to do with iCompression as the company.
