My Documents Folder

Umol

In Documents & Settings/"Usermame"/My Documents/ all of
my pictures, data etc. are in this folder. I find all of
my data in /My Documents and /My Computer/"Username"
Documents/ as well. Are these acutal copies using up
disk space?
