My documents folder renamed somehow. Bug? Virus? Worm?

My 'My documents' folder has been renamed to some
gibberish name somehow, and I'm certain that I didn't do
it. I don't remember what the name was, but it was
something like g26[592akg3. Wierd.

I renamed it back to My documents and it seems to be
working ok. Is this folder treated just like any other
folder in windows? Can you rename it like this without
any probs?

Think some virus or worm or something did this?

If you think some virus or worm did it then why not run your virus checker
and find out.
