My Documents Folder - 100 folders in root

When My Documents folder contains over 100 folders in root the plus (+) sign
disapears for that folder. I'm unable to open/expand the folder in the left
pane of Windows Explorer, but it expands OK in the right pane. Is there any
limitations with this folder?

All the computers that have this problem is WinXP SP2 Pro and get the My
Documents folder redirected via Group Policy to their home folder on servers.

How to correct this?
