Doesn't do anything - how do I get Windows to point to
it, instead of floppy drive when I'm loading software??
PC acts like the CD drive isn't there at all

Can you use Windows Explorer to view the contents of the CD? If yes, double
click the setup.exe file to start the program's installation.
