I've got a Sony CPU case with Foxconn hardware. I would like to know how to
find my model and serial numbers and how to turn on the jack for ear buds on
the front of the CPU.

Have you looked at your manual or the support websites? This isn't a Windows
XP question/issue.

I think you mean case rather than CPU.

Check to see if your sound driver software includes a control panel. Some
times you need to manually tell the motherboard to turn on the secondary
output, (which is what the front case outputs will be connected to. This may
cause your rear outlets to lose signal)

If the front jacks don't work you need to confirm they have been connected
to the motherboard internally.

You really need to post more precise specs about your computer.
